Payment & Shipping

We process our credit card payments securely via Shopify Payments. These forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Venmo, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We also have the options to pay with PayPal and Sezzle.

We ship all over the USA and Canada, and we try our damnedest to get stuff out the door in 2-3 business days. Also, if you are local to the Oklahoma City metro area you can choose local pick up and pickup your order in person at the store.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or do refunds. If you receive something broken in an order that was shipped to you, please email a picture of the broken item(s), name, and order number to info@thespunkycauldron.com

Order Pickup

If you are local to the Oklahoma City metro area you can choose local pick up and pickup your order in person at the store. If your order is not picked up within seven (7) days of receiving notice that order is ready for pickup, the order will be restocked and refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.
