If something arrives broken, please immediately email thespunkycauldron@gmail.com with an order number, what arrived broken, and pictures of broken items.

Pickup orders must be picked up within 14 days. Any orders not picked up within 14 days will be restocked and the amount of the order will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.
